Metec are looking for a Graduate Sustainability Engineer - Position is based in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland.

The Role
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Sustainability Engineer who shares our values of sustainability, energy saving and building performance.
The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Skills
1. Degree in Building Engineering, Sustainability, Mechanical Engineering or related field
2. Experience with:
* IES software for NEAP modelling, Energy Modelling, Daylight and Thermal Analysis
* 2D and 3D Autodesk software
* Knowledge of Building Regulations (TGD L and NZEB)
* Knowledge of LEED and BREEAM rating systems
* Knowledge of U-value calculations
* Knowledge of DEAP software
* Excellent communication, research and presentation skills
Key Tasks Will Be As Below
* Building performance modelling - NEAP, Energy and Carbon, Daylight and Thermal Analysis
* Assist in developing Building Regulations (TGD L and NZEB) compliance strategies
* Assist in communicating/delivering best practices, requirements and guidelines to the project team
* Research and innovation with regards to up-to-date sustainability trends and technologies
