HR Manager
Our client has an opportunity for a full time Human Resource Manager. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function, with a particular focus on the employee brand & culture strategy, learning & development, employee engagement, employee retention and compliance.
You will be a strategic manager, a critical thinker, and a problem solver, with a tactful, empathetic, and collaborative approach.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the HR industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
* Providing direction for the human resource function, and oversight on the development and delivery of the company’s people strategy
* Managing the HR Team in the provision of effective and professional HR support and advice.
* To review and enact the day-to-day implementation of relevant HR policies and strategic initiatives to ensure the recruitment, retention, and promotion of highly skilled and motivated people.
* To be able to work collaboratively with a diverse and committed group of department managers and their teams.
* To offer 'hands on' support to our managers and our team, when and where required.
* Encouraging an organisational culture that supports effective behaviours and ways of working that demonstrate clear commitment to company values, mission, and vision.
* To lead, contribute, and support the senior management on the organisational employee brand, culture, learning strategy development, and employee retention strategy.
