We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our Managed Services Team. The successful candidate will work on a dedicated team supporting an evolving and exciting multi-technology IT environment.
Job Description
* Desktop Support for customer provision accounts and hardware
* Supporting Windows Desktops, Printers, Outlook, Networks, Ms. Office, O365, Autopilot
* Support of the MyPay Application
* Maintenance of the platforms in SSO Freshdesk (MyPay ticket system for help desk) and ISpring (MyPay e-learning)
* Support Azure Virtual Desktop, AD, DNS. DHCP, GPO, Office 365
* Maintain and build the current documentation in place
* Hardware troubleshooting
* Interacting with and managing 3rd parties
