PMP Certified Human Resources Project Manager
Lead the design and implementation of Time and Absence modules into Workday across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders on projects that support business and functional strategic objectives.
* Develop project work plans and revise as necessary to meet business needs and requirements.
* Identify strategic areas of opportunity to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, or cost.
* Create processes, tools, and templates for the identification, execution, and successful handoff of projects within the HR function.
* Provide regular project updates through a close working relationship with HR Operations and stakeholders.
* Coordinate day-to-day project implementation through standard processes and corresponding project plan.
* Support activities relating to HR Systems upgrades and new implementations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related discipline required.
* 10+ years relevant experience with 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role preferred.
* Project Management Certification (PMP) Required.
* Experience with Workday preferred.
