We are currently seeking a dynamic Services & Finance Manager to join our client, a pioneering organisation in the tech industry. As a mission-driven organisation, our client works at the cutting edge of online content moderation and provides users with an independent platform to challenge social media content moderation decisions.

The Services & Finance Manager will be vital in monitoring the delivery of back-office services from external vendors, including finance, HR, technology, and facilities.
As a liaison between service providers and teams within a new body, you will ensure our client's organisation hits the ground running with the proper support for operational projects and vendor contracting.
Key to the role will be communicating with managers across the organisation and acting on requests to ensure they are supported effectively in day-to-day activities. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to review vendor contracts and ensure budgetary alignment. Finance related experience will be crucial to this role.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience in financial planning and analysis, budget management and financial reporting.
2. Demonstrable experience in managing teams within a digital media, human rights, or social justice organisation.
3. Educated to a degree level, preferably specialising in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, economics.
4. Experience in driving operational strategy and evidence of delivering outstanding operational excellent through an organisation.
5. Previous experience in managing vendor contracts, including negotiations.
6. A critical and strategic thinker with experience in handling complex situations and multiple responsibilities at a managerial level.
7. Ability to develop and present business cases and reports to executives including board level.
8. Excellent written and oral communications skills in English, and knowledge of other languages preferable.
