A fully on-site role based in South Dublin with a leading pharmaceutical client requires an organized and detail-oriented individual.
Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver and report on project portfolio through the Capital Project Management Process.
* Manage the project repository on SharePoint.
* Assist with procurement activities, including purchasing orders and invoice logging.
* Provide contract administrative support to the Project Management team.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, arrange travel, and maintain professionalism.
* Demonstrate superior attention to detail.
* Serve as a liaison, managing meeting setup and maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to environmental health and safety practices, rules, and regulations.
