About your new job as a Maintenance Technician:
* Provide engineering support to assigned production lines, ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
* Initiate and manage the communication and escalation process for critical downtime events.
* Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues.
* Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at process improvement.
* Identify, propose, and execute continuous improvement projects with necessary approvals.
* Communicate line issues effectively, offering and implementing solutions.
What skill/experience you need:
* Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering or relevant trade qualification (min. Level 6) required.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
* Advantageous experience in PLCs, automation, and medical devices.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
