Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join our team and provide strategic direction in implementing and maintaining a robust health, safety, and environmental framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) system.
* Offer expert advice to management and employees on all matters related to health and safety.
* Ensure our safety statement and associated documentation remain up to date and compliant with current legislation and best practices.
* Promote a safe working environment for all employees that is in alignment with company policies.
* Act as the primary liaison for Safety Representatives and committees on safety, health, and welfare issues.
* Deliver detailed analysis and reports to the Director and senior management team.
* Oversee strategic HSEQ programs and allocate resources effectively.
* Drive the development of IT systems supporting the HSEQ strategy.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Deep understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in relevant software applications.
* Team-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
