Community Operations Analyst (Dutch)
We are currently hiring for the Dutch speaking market for a Community Operations Analyst.
Main Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including requests for account support or potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards.
* Apply market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Analyze data to develop ways to enhance user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.

Language Skills
* Near-native level (C1-C2) of market language in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
* Advanced level of English (C1).
Contract Details
* Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen.
* Base salary: €27,000 per year.
* 25% salary uplift for evening shifts (up to €30,200 per year).
* €12 per day (before tax) as travel allowance for evening shifts.

Working Hours
Candidates can choose between Day shift (9am – 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm – 2am), Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.
Important Requirements
* Candidates must be fully confident in dealing with sensitive content.
* Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for minimum 12 months or renewable).
