Sales Representative / Business Development Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to promote our company's core business and develop our market share in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and develop our core business of providing semi-skilled/skilled labour and tradespeople to clients in Ireland.
* Daily visits to construction sites of existing and potential new clients in Leinster to maintain and establish relationships.
* Contact clients via phone when site visits are difficult due to location.
* Support ICDS's goals by working with team members and participating in commitments made to clients.
* Plan site visits to maximize efficiency of time spent on the road.
* Enrich team members' knowledge base with sales information collected from the field.
Requirements:
* Some sales experience, along with knowledge of the construction industry and large prestigious projects.
* Background in construction sales.
* Strong time management skills.
* Commercial awareness and numeracy skills.
* IT literacy.
* Ability to prioritize workload.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ambitious lateral thinker & self-motivated.
* Team player.
* Full driving licence.
