Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
We are seeking an experienced and skilled nursing professional to lead our team in providing exceptional care to our elderly residents.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the Management Team, upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics.
* Oversee the development and implementation of the service plan, monitoring progress against objectives.
* Support and supervise the nursing team to deliver high-quality resident care and management.
* Provide innovative leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and allied staff at all levels.
* Ensure staff adherence to Centre policies and procedures.
* Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and guidelines.
* Collaborate on the coordination of auxiliary services such as catering, cleaning, and laundry.
Requirements
* Qualified nurse with at least three years of managerial experience in elderly care within the past six years.
* Post-registration management qualification in medicine or a related field is required.
* Proven success in clinical management within a healthcare setting.
* Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
* A decision-maker with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
