Our client, a leading utility services provider with operations in Ireland and the UK and are recruiting for a General Ledger Accountant to join their finance team on a fixed-term basis, c.
9 months.

Key responsibilities: Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations across all Group entities.
Process journal entries accurately and efficiently.
Assist in supplier account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support audit preparation and financial reporting tasks.
Get involved in other relevant finance duties as needed.
Experience with intercompany transactions?
Thats a plus!
Key requirements: Qualified or part-qualified accountant with solid industry experience.
Familiarity with Salesforce and Accounting Seed is an advantage (but not essential).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Self-starter with great attention to detail and initiative.
