Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, Beverage Concentrate Manufacturing
This is a 12 month contract position based in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

Keurig Dr. Pepper is looking for a hands-on experienced Finance professional for its Beverage Concentrate Manufacturing operations. This position requires a financial leader who alongside the Senior Finance Manager will partner with Operations Management to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Business Partnering/Decision Support:
1. Serve as a key contributor in decision making and operational team meetings providing meaningful insight and decision support to site management to drive business results.
2. Identify and lead productivity, process, and continuous improvement activities.
3. Partner with Beverage Concentrate Engineering on Capital Projects appraisals.
Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:
1. Be a leader in the budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities for Beverage Concentrate operation and external 3rd party warehouse.
2. Compile weekly/monthly projection and present in real time actionable format.
3. Provide financial analysis and support for operational and warehouse finance, developing and publishing mission critical performance reports, and tracking financial performance against metrics and goals.
4. Support Senior Finance Manager and central costing team to ensure accurate annual costing process.
Month End Close/Governance:
1. Coordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and assist in other financial closing activities.
2. Interact with operational teams to ensure spend accuracy and identify variances from plan through deep dive analyses on root cause of variances.
3. Prepare & distribute relevant variance analysis through reports and presentations related to both the manufacturing operation and 3rd party warehousing.
4. Partner with Supply Chain planning team to ensure inventory control adherence and tight management of obsolescence impacts.
5. Oversight of Fixed asset register and new asset purchases, ensuring accurate financial records.
Administrative Activities/Career Development:
1. Provide ongoing support to the operations and planning teams around accounts payable issue resolution and vendor tax compliance.
2. Participate in function or career development training.
3. Develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain Finance.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
2. 4+ years’ post graduate experience.
3. Fully Qualified preferable.
4. Financial acumen, experience with problem solving with analytical thinking.
5. SAP experience preferred, advanced Excel skills.
6. BI experience a plus.
7. Manufacturing and plant experience a plus.
