We are seeking an experienced Strategic Executive Coordinator / Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations while driving efficiency and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Support & Coordination:
o Act as a trusted partner to senior executives, managing schedules, priorities, and correspondence.
o Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action points.
o Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
o Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
* Operational & Strategic Support:
o Assist in managing operational projects and business initiatives.
o Analyse and optimise processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
