About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Key Accounts Manager to develop our business with FMCG clients.
This role is part of our Sales team in Dublin, reporting directly to our Sales Director.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as lead point of contact for buyers from multiple categories.
* Bulk and maintain strong relationships with each category buyer.
* Achieve and exceed sales revenue and margin targets, as well as KPIs.
* Research and introduce new products to buyers.
* Provide accurate and timely information to management.
* Liaise with administration and stock control teams to ensure product availability.
* Forecast product sales weekly.
* Monitor daily orders, deliveries, and non-conformances.
* Plan and implement promotions.
* Work closely with management to address customer complaints.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role selling food products in the FMCG sector.
* Proven track record in sales with established relationships in the sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to understand technical aspects of food production and packaging specifications.
