About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, an International Insurance Company headquartered in Dublin. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance and play a key role in shaping the HR agenda and acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, retention strategies, and offboarding.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
3. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and best practices are compliant with employment legislation and company guidelines.
4. Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams on relevant regulatory matters.
5. Assist in payroll-related processes when required.
6. Provide guidance on grievance and disciplinary matters, working closely with line managers.
7. Provide expert support to the Performance and Talent Management Processes.
8. Coordinate internal and external learning and development for the company.
9. Monitor and evaluate key HR metrics and addressing any trends or concerns.
10. Build and sustain effective relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners.
11. Inspire, coach, and develop HR team members, promoting engagement and collaboration.
12. Prioritise employee engagement in all aspects of HR leadership.
13. Undertake additional HR duties as required to support the business.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years in a senior HR role with proven leadership and team management experience.
Must have a Degree in Human Resources and CIPD Certified.
Strong understanding of Irish labour laws, and HR compliance.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee development programmes.
Proficient in HR systems, with experience in Workday being a strong advantage.
Exceptional organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining ethical and regulatory standards.
