The ideal candidate will oversee the management & governance of an IAM tool, along with conducting quarterly access recertifications (both automated and manual). Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in establishing and enhancing IAG processes, procedures and policies within the organization.Expectation to work a partially overlapping shift with the US.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity and Access Management (IAM) System AdministrationAdminister and manage Saviynt, an IAM platformConduct quarterly re-certification of access using the tool as well as manuallyEnhance tool’s capabilities to include user provisioning, authentication and authorizationGenerate reports on access governance and analyze data to improve IAG processesIdentity GovernanceDevelop and enforce IAG processes, standards and policiesIdentify and mitigate access related security risksWork with various stakeholders, including IT, Engineering Enablement and Business Units to ensure aligned IAG strategiesProvide training and support for IAG systems and processesCompliance and AuditEnsure IAG processes meet regulatory requirements, preparing for and supporting auditsServe as a PoC for all IAG related audit and compliance requirementsStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IAGQualificationsBachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field4+ years of experience in identity and access management, or a related roleHands-on experience with IAM tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, CyberArk etc.Strong understanding of IAG concepts, including access controls and recertifications, authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle managementKnowledge of identity and access management core principles like SoD, RBAC, ABAC etc.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBig4 experience a strong plusIf you are a results-driven individual with a strong background in cybersecurity & identity and access management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
