The Role
* To provide prompt and professional service to guests, ensuring they feel welcome and seated in a courteous manner. Deliver a positive and memorable dining experience to encourage repeat business.
* To promote sales and engage with guests to encourage restaurant reservations.
* To operate the point of sale and property management systems, adhering to billing and returns procedures.
* To assist the restaurant manager in hiring and training team members;
* To maintain high-quality service at all times, ensuring efficient service delivery on a consistent basis
* To contribute to achieving team targets aligned with the Company's goals and objectives
* To ensure the restaurant operates efficiently
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy service environment;
* Exceptional ability delivering professional guest service;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members;
* Passion for food presentation and service, and superb attention to detail
* Flexibility, reliability, and enthusiasm;
* Team Focused and standards driven.
