Partner Sales Specialist
We are seeking a talented Partner Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal part in fostering collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, enhancing partner strategies, accelerating joint pipeline development, and supporting co-selling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with account teams, solution teams, digital sales, and customer success to align partner strategies and propel business growth.
* Facilitate partner-to-partner collaborations by leveraging solution/practise maps and innovative marketing campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
* Drive co-selling initiatives with strategic solution partners, focusing on joint pipeline development and increasing product adoption.
* Ensure co-sell prioritisation and pipeline coverage by actively engaging with partners and internal sales teams.
* Collect and analyse partner and customer feedback to identify success blockers, streamline processes, and enhance collaboration.
* Uphold compliance with sales policies and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications:
* Strong experience in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively drive strategic initiatives.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
* Experience working with reports and tools such as MSX Insights to derive actionable insights.
