The Team
The Cahernane team is a group of 45 people who work together to deliver a unique, warm and hospitable experience for all our guests. From accommodation to the kitchen, reception to the restaurant, we all pull together as one team to achieve our goal to delight everyone who crosses the threshold of our hotel. The Role
This is an ideal role for someone who is moving into senior management within hospitality. Working alongside industry professionals who are keen to mentor, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career at a senior level. Learning from successful and experienced professionals both within the Cahernane team and across PREM Group this will be an ideal next step for a hospitality manager. The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous supervisory or management experience within the hotel industry, particularly in the area of food and beverage
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. A particular interest in delivering 4* plus hospitality standards
4. A pro-active and multi-tasking approach to work
5. A good understanding of yield management, and experience in this area
6. Excellent people management and communication skills
