Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the rollout of a web form across 17 geographies, including EMEA and Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a comprehensive project plan in Jira, liaising with multiple teams, and ensuring IT readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a full project plan in Jira to roll out the web form globally
* Liaise with development, data, and other teams to ensure timely completion
* Coordinate backend integration to capture user data and link it to Unity
* Develop a country roll-out plan aligned with existing frameworks
* Mange dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure a smooth rollout
* Work with stakeholders in EMEA, US, and other regions to prioritize countries by impact and business risk
Requirements:
* Experience with Jira and project management methodologies
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
