As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, offering solutions, and ensuring that all queries are handled professionally and promptly. Responsibilities:
1. Offer advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support to our client's end users globally
2. Address intricate technical challenges encompassing software, hardware, and networking matters
3. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and efficient resolution of all issues
Requirements:
1. Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant industry certifications
2. Over 6 years of experience in a comparable technical support role
3. Proficiency with desktop support technologies including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory, SCCM, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
