Due to significant growth, the company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and transform its HR function.
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening recruitment processes, staff retention strategies, and overall HR operations to support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Dublin.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures across all divisions.
* Oversee the consolidation of employee data, including contracts, licenses, work permits, and ensure complete and accurate HR records.
* Identify and recommend necessary HR resources—both systems and personnel—to establish a high-performing HR function.
* Manage recruitment initiatives.
* Strengthen staff engagement strategies to improve employee retention.
* Build and maintain monthly HR reports for senior management, covering key metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment activities, and compliance tracking.
* Ensure compliance with payroll processes and company policies to minimize associated risks.
* Oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
* Collaborate with management to align employee goals with company objectives and monitor performance outcomes.
* Ensure staff qualifications and certifications are up-to-date, managing ongoing assessments and retraining as needed.
* Coordinate training and development initiatives, addressing both statutory requirements and employee growth.
* Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conducting disciplinary actions, and advising management on employment law matters.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HR leadership role.
* Proven track record in managing strategic recruitment and retention initiatives.
* Experience in multi-national workforce management and employee engagement.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Full CIPD qualification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS implementation and management.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience managing time-tracking systems and coordinating with third-party vendors.
