Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a keen eye for detail, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries, providing information on products and services.
Process orders, manage dispatch, and oversee billing or payments.
Maintain stock inventories and update system records accordingly.
Ensure correct storage of medicines, including cold chain and ambient storage.
Standardise and distribute aesthetic products efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team, offering support as needed.
Manage customer accounts, including verifying credentials in partnership with regulatory and quality teams.
Handle customer returns, complaints, and document interactions accurately.
Assist in organising in-house training and events.
Stay updated with digital tools and embrace new technology for improved customer management.
Package & Benefits:
Salary: €33,000 per annum Holidays: 21 days per year
