Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all industrial cleaning services meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Recruit, train, and supervise industrial cleaning staff.
* Manage tasks such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, power washing, cladding cleaning, and high-level warehouse cleaning.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
* Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
* Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for industrial cleaning services.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and proposals.
* Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience managing an industrial cleaning team.
* Strong understanding of industrial cleaning processes and best practices.
* Full clean driving license.
* Safe Pass certification or willingness to obtain it.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
