We're seeking a dynamic Lead Processing Administrator to drive seamless customer interactions and help boost our market position.
In this role, you'll leverage your commercial, clinical, and people management skills to ensure every customer inquiry is handled efficiently and effectively.
Duties &
Responsibilities Provide Excellent Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and courteously.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
Manage and organise customer records and databases.
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Achieve individual and team KPIs as set by the management.
Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly.
Continuously improve performance to meet or exceed targets.
Communicate clearly and transparently with customers and team members.
Use strong English language skills in both written and verbal communication.
Provide detailed and accurate information to customers and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
Share insights and feedback to enhance customer experience.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Contributing to projects where necessary Other ad hoc duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a healthcare or customer service role (preferred) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Must live in Ireland and must be legally eligible to work in Ireland with the required documentation.
