We are working with a key client to find a Technical Business Analyst to join them on an initial 6 month contract. This consultancy is working with a long-term client on a digital transformation. They require a resource to come on board for an initial 6 month contract; however, this programme of work has the potential to extend for years.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the business, internal technical teams, and external vendors.
* Document business pain-points and create high-quality process maps, gaps, and opportunities.
* Lead user requirements workshops, ensuring the requirements meet desired business outcomes.
* Partner with technical delivery teams to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
* Work with implementation partners to integrate software solutions into the overall GT landscape.
* Conduct cost vs. benefit analysis and vendor selection for implementing new technology solutions.
* Design and implement testing and training plans.
* Ensure a smooth transition from development to production.
Experience
* 5+ years Business Analysis experience, ideally from a large consulting house or established corporate environment.
* Experience in ERP Implementation Projects.
* Oracle Cloud HCM experience preferred; other HCM ERP experience strongly considered.
* Full SDLC lifecycle experience.
* Experience with both Agile & Waterfall PM methodologies.
* Experience with Data Migration and integrations to third-party systems.
* Experience with Stakeholder & Vendor Management.
* Test Management experience is an advantage.
* Experience working with Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
