Our client, based in Co. Meath, seeks a Warehouse Administrator for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Fulfill and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
* Dispatch orders with accurate paperwork and packaging labelling.
* Adjust stock inventory as necessary to complete orders.
* Process returns authorizations and arrange uplifts and credits/refunds.
* Process goods in and address queries regarding shortages or discrepancies.
* Negotiate freight rates and ensure invoices are signed off prior to payment.
* Maintain warehouse documentation and labelling for dispatch.
The ideal candidate is energetic, process-driven, and possesses strong work ethics. They will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
* Administrative experience with a strong attention to detail.
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics or order processing.
