Job Title : Dutch Sales Renewal Specialist
Job Type : Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri)
Location : Maastricht (Hybrid model 2 days from home per week, 3 days in the office)
Salary: €30,000 – €40,000 OTE with uncapped commission + pension, healthcare & gym (one year contract with a view to extend)
You will join a global company with a state-of-the-art modern offices and work with a small specialised team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a potential candidate that has excellent relationship, interpersonal, negotiation skills with strong attention to detail and a high standard of client management experience.
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients’ needs by delving deep and renewing contracts.
2. Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers & coming up with innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.
3. A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
5. Communicating with external parties through negotiation and renew agreements.
6. Preparing proposals, negotiating contract renewals and executing presentation packages with 100% accuracy
7. Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction.
8. Administration and use of CRM systems.
9. Adhoc Duties.
Candidate Profile
10. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management
11. Fluent Dutch & English
12. High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach
13. Excellent telephone manner is essential.
14. Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
15. Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
16. Strong Administration and MS Office skills
17. Strong time management skills
