Your main missions:
Grow Pictarine’s Partner Network
1. Expand Picta’s portfolio of partners for Pictarine’s products.
2. Analyze the market and maintain ongoing competitive intelligence for each strategic market.
3. Proactively anticipate, evaluate, and recommend strategic B2B partnership opportunities (new markets, new partners).
4. Investigate and identify the needs of our target partners.
5. Develop and execute a commercial strategy, our B2B brand positioning, and market-specific offers in close collaboration with your manager and the Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
6. Build and nurture relationships with high-level potential partners, using your expertise to inspire and motivate them to collaborate with Picta.
7. Implement a best-in-class sales process.
8. Convert target prospects into long-term partners, aligned with our growth ambitions.
9. Prepare detailed internal and partner-facing KPI reports, providing in-depth analysis to guide next steps and refine approaches based on results.
10. Collaborate with all departments involved in executing the Partnership team’s projects, ensuring seamless coordination to achieve strategic goals.
Launch and Challenge New Projects
1. Participate in launching new projects.
2. Challenge project launch strategies, ensuring every step aligns with the Partnerships team’s strategy—including reporting, billing, and legal/contractual follow-ups.
3. Act as the voice of our prospects, relaying their needs to other departments.
Enhance Team Expertise & Sales Excellence
1. Continuously improve our Sales playbook and processes to optimize prospect qualification and conversion rates.
2. Contribute to upskilling the Business Developers by challenging their deliverables and sharing best practices.
3. Identify and drive key internal initiatives within the Partnerships team.
4. Foster a strong commercial culture at Pictarine by staying on top of industry trends and sharing insights through demos, events, and resources for the team and beyond.
About You
Solid Experience: You have at least 6 years of experience in B2B business development, including at least one year internationally. You thrive in high-performance, results-driven environments.
Native or Bilingual English: You have full command of English (spoken, written, and read) and can confidently negotiate and sell to international and native English-speaking prospects.
A Natural Hunter: You know how to identify and target top prospects using prospecting tools (LinkedIn, Sales & Lead intelligence tools, CRM, cold calling, etc.).
Persuasive Storyteller: You can capture attention, simplify complex ideas, and sell a vision—both in writing and speaking—by adapting your message to your audience.
Autonomous & Detail-Oriented: You structure your work efficiently, manage priorities effectively, and provide accurate reporting to measure the impact of your actions.
Solution-Oriented Pragmatist: You don’t back down from challenges. You explore all possible options to meet your goals and adapt quickly to ever-changing environments.
Team Player: You work closely with teams, share insights, provide feedback, and contribute to collective growth.
