Role: Stores Supervisor
Location: Cork
About the role:
1. Manage all warehouse processes.
2. Align to and update when required the Delivery schedule for the week.
3. Keep all relevant onsite teams updated.
4. Ensure all shipments to and from the stores are logged efficiently.
5. Ensure stock is stored and bin located correctly.
6. Facilitate and Supervise stock counts.
7. Check the Hub Vans daily and keep all relevant vehicle paperwork up to date.
8. Monitor all couriers when delivering and maintain a compliant process when doing so.
9. Ensure Hub floor is always clear and clean.
10. Facilitate annual service of the forklift.
11. Update weekly health and safety inspections on ERIKS Safety system.
12. Schedule and Facilitate store shelving inspections annually.
13. There is no line management responsibility, however, you will be supporting the hub manager with reporting
14. Delivery driving to our onsite locations across ROI
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 16.30pm
Weekly Hours: 40
Breaks: 30 min
About you:
You will have strong general knowledge of stores operations and inventory management systems and principles and be understanding of best-in-class stores management, not to mention have appreciation and understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
Key skills & Experiences:
15. Previous experience working within a Stores environment
16. Efficiency in creating and managing schedules
17. Self-Managing and Self-Motivated
18. Full Driving License
19. Excel Knowledge
20. Team player with a desire to support other colleagues
21. Sets and maintains high standards of work, excellent attention to detail
22. Strong communication and inter-personal skills, including written, oral, and presentational
23. A desire to look for improvements in a process
