Deputy Hotel Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Hotel Manager to join our dynamic team at a 4-star hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the hotel's food and beverage operations.
* Collaborate with department heads to ensure exceptional guest service across all outlets.
* Monitor operational performance, ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to achieve departmental goals.
* Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to deliver outstanding service.
* Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and banquets.
* Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior food and beverage management role, preferably within a hotel setting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
* A proactive and hands-on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
