Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Hybrid – Office in New Ross, Co. Wexford & Field-based across Ireland

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in the B2B sector.
Role Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our resellers and specifier market in Ireland. This role involves account management, client engagement, and business development to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Engagement:
1. Manage and develop relationships with existing resellers in Ireland, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
3. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to strengthen partnerships.
4. Conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups to maintain strong client engagement.
5. Drive sales growth with existing partners and through the specifier market.
6. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
7. Handle inbound enquiries and quote requests from both resellers and specifiers.
8. Follow up on leads, emails, and customer interactions to maximize sales opportunities.
Operational Management:
1. Maintain and update product displays in retail shops across Ireland.
2. Plan and manage time efficiently to maximize productivity and client engagement.
3. Use and manage CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com) to ensure accurate client records and follow-ups.
Reporting & Communication:
1. Complete and submit sales reports and forecasts accurately and on time.
2. Communicate effectively with internal team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. 2-3 years of experience in a B2B account management or sales role, preferably in a related field.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in IT systems, including Word, Excel, and Email.
5. Experience with CRM platforms, such as Monday.com.
6. Full driving license.
Preferred:
1. Knowledge of B2B sales in sectors such as retail, construction, design, or urban planning.
2. Polished and professional personal presentation.
Working Conditions:
1. Hybrid Role: 60% office-based in New Ross; 40% on the road visiting stores. Remote office work will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. Travel: Company car provided for work-related travel; overnight and other travel expenses covered if required.
3. Business mobile phone and laptop provided.
Remuneration Package:
1. Competitive basic annual salary, plus commission based on experience.
