About the Role
As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This fast-paced role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets using effective sales strategies.
* Develop and onboard new customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Maintain a structured sales plan to drive growth and identify new opportunities.
* Work closely with Business Development Managers to maximise sales potential.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
* Manage pricing strategies and sales campaigns to optimise profitability.
* Handle customer tenders and coordinate new product sourcing and sample management.
* Serve as a crucial link between external account managers and internal teams.
