What you'll do
Join our innovative team at DocuSign as a Senior Product Manager in Marketing Technology. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our B2B SaaS offerings, driving product enhancements, and improving marketing outcomes. Your work will bridge strategic planning and technical execution, enabling you to leave a mark on our user engagement and marketing performance.
Responsibilities
1. Support the creation and execution of a coherent product strategy for our marketing technology suite, ensuring it is attuned to market needs and corporate objectives.
2. Assist in developing and executing a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing projects that enhance our market position and deliver distinct value in B2B marketing.
3. Serve as a knowledgeable advocate for marketing technologies, aiding in their enhancements, deployment, and optimization to boost marketing effectiveness.
4. Help design engaging, user-centered solutions within our marketing technology ecosystem, adhering to industry standards and user needs.
5. Work within cross-functional teams, embracing agile methodologies to drive progress from ideation to launch, maintaining a focus on strategic outcomes.
6. Engage with key partners across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, integrating insights to develop scalable and effective technology solutions.
7. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, contributing to our position as a leader in marketing innovation and the pursuit of enhanced efficiency and outcomes.
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation). Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within DocuSign. DocuSign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.
What you bring
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.
2. At least 6-8 years of experience in product management, focusing on marketing technologies in a B2B setting.
3. Strong understanding of marketing technology trends, particularly in customer data, marketing automation, and digital marketing.
4. Proven experience in fostering collaborative, innovative environments, facilitating the development of market-leading solutions.
5. Skill in working with agile teams, aligning team efforts with strategic business and product goals.
6. Reputation for converting complex business needs into actionable technical strategies and compelling product features.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, guiding projects from concept to implementation, with an emphasis on result-driven methodologies.
8. Deep knowledge of specific marketing technology tools and platforms, such as CDPs, marketing automation tools, and ABM strategies.
9. Experience in paid media and adtech, with a track record of improving ROI and advertising efficiency.
10. Understanding of paid media strategies and analytical frameworks that drive business results.
11. Familiarity with the adtech ecosystem, including SEM, programmatic advertising, and related technologies.
12. Analytical skills to leverage data in driving marketing strategy and outcomes.
13. History of innovation in the marketing technology space, addressing complex challenges to drive business growth.
14. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities, thriving in dynamic, cross-disciplinary environments.
15. A committed learner and innovator, eager to adapt and excel in a fast-paced industry.
