Lough Rynn Castle Hotel Estate & Gardens is a privately owned and luxury castle property in the County of Leitrim.
We are delighted to introduce a new position of Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to our Team.
This is a pivotal time to join as the property recently benefited from a significant renovation and has also just received a planning consent for an impressive extension to include a luxury Spa, Leisure Centre and additional accommodation with works due to commence imminently.
The role will primarily focus on digital marketing but you will have Sales & Wedding Co-ordination responsibility also.
We are looking for an innovative, energetic and experienced Digital Marketing/Business Development Executive to drive best-in-class strategies and practices across the Hotel.
This individual will be responsible for:
* The overall digital marketing output and online performance for the hotel.
* Implementing digital marketing strategies including Social Media to communicate offers and drive ROI through the hotel’s website. Monitoring performance and liaising with 3rd party partners and hotel stakeholders to improve performance.
* The performance and updating of hotel website, ensuring it is updated accordingly displaying the right content with smooth and accurate customer journeys in place.
* Working with the General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager on overall marketing strategy and digital direction for the hotel and taking the lead on ad hoc projects as required.
* Responsible for the posting of all social content; page posts, paid ads, stories, reels etc.
* Manage the creation of market-leading social media content and drive best-in-class social media practices across the business.
* Wedding/Event Sales & Co-ordination Duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management of hotel website, ensuring content is updated in line with changing offers and hotel needs. Know the websites inside-out and ensure all pages and content is accurate and in line with the hotel’s priorities.
* Oversee the implementation of ecommerce driving activities and work with 3rd party partners and internal stakeholders to ensure performance is optimised- recommending tactics/strategy changes based on insights.
* Take ownership of ecommerce reporting for the hotel, feeding relevant data into various reports and ensuring data is accurate and insights/actions are actioned upon.
* Responsible for the managing and updating of the marketing budget and annual media plan for the hotel, with a strong focus on campaign management.
* Project management of key marketing projects for the hotels as necessary (e.g. brand positioning development, new offer launch, new website build etc.)
* Build strong relationships with key hotel stakeholder, take pride in the hotels you’re working on and continually seek to drive a better understanding of their business and needs.
* Responsible for the day-to-day running of the social accounts, ensuring all posts are accurate with no spelling or grammatical errors.
* Work with key hotel contacts to develop a social tone of voice for the hotel that aligns with the hotel’s brand values and creates distinction.
* Management of social content (particularly stories and reels) and take a creative and best-in-class approach to social content creation.
* Put in effective processes with the hotel around community management and out-of-hours social, that covers hotel needs and represents an efficient use of time and resources.
* Manage the social media budget for the hotel and ensure invoicing and finance procedures are adhered to.
* Take a pro-active approach to driving social media knowledge and excitement across the Hotel, leading the Hotel on best-in-class social practices, key social trends and emerging channels.
* Wedding/Event Sales & Co-ordination Duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate must have direct hotel website and marketing experience, with a strong understanding of website journeys and social media campaigns. This role also requires a strong level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders in a multi-business environment.

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
