IT Support - Graduate/
Junior Role Location:
Dublin 2 Contract: Full-time,
Permanent The Role:
An opportunity to work for one of Irelands leading full-service law firms, providing practical business solutions to clients across various industries.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, develop their technical skills, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of IT support and administration.
Duties:
Help with the setup of new PCs and deployment across the firm.
Assist with onboarding new employees and desk relocations.
Provide support for end-users on hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
Configure and support desktops, laptops, smartphones, and peripherals.
Handle incoming support requests (via phone, email, or in-person), escalating when necessary.
Monitor and update IT tickets to ensure timely responses and resolution.
Set up and manage secure data rooms.
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration.
Maintain polite, professional communication when assisting employees with IT needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in IT, Computing, or Leaving Certificate Some experience in a help desk or IT support environment.
Skills:
Good troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (preferred, but not essential).
