Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a Project Manager to join their team.
The duration of this post is 12 months initially with likely extensions thereafter.
Location is Flexible/Remote working - must be able to attend meetings/workshops in Dublin 1 day per week.
Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €31.90 per hour based on an annualised salary of €58,254.
You will accrue 30 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays.
Key objectives include: Engaging with vendor and local site teams to finalise deployment plans, ensuring alignment with strategies.

Role & Responsibilities Project Managers are expected to support all aspects of the programme, possibly including initial scoping and planning stages, in accordance with the standards, tools and methodologies of the PMO.
Project Managers will likely support projects with significant budgets and importance or may be assigned to manage specific elements of a large programme.
Project Managers may be allocated to a workstream dependent on level of work commitment required.
This is to ensure efficient use and maximisation of resource expertise and availability for the duration of the contract.
Contribute to the development of deployment plans for own area of responsibility and implement project plan objectives within own area.
Ensure the efficient management and administration of area of responsibility.
Execute assignments in accordance with agreed plans, budgets and deadlines.
Ensure deadlines are met and that service levels are maintained.
Prepare regular reports on the progress of work against the project plan.
Advise, promote and participate in the implementation of innovations in system deployment Skills & Experience: A track record of 3+ years successfully managing the delivery of projects within an organisation, preferably (but not necessarily) for a Health Sector Organisation, and this must be clearly demonstrated in the submission.
Experience of project planning, report development, RAID and RACI management along with other project management tools Experience of communication and engagement with a wide range of stakeholders must be clearly demonstrated in the submission Proficiency and understanding of data and data analytics.
Business Competencies: Displays sufficient leadership, high level of communication and interpersonal skills including liaising with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to present information in a confident, logical and convincing manner.
A capacity to influence and negotiate ensuring delivery on stretched objectives Demonstrate experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to ensure that the impact of projects are maximised.
An ability to quickly build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
Good ICT, presentation and report writing skills.

Ability to work with the other project or programme units to ensure that projects are delivered in a cohesive and planned manner.
Demonstrates evidence of operational management skills including managing own work and that of others, delegating appropriately within the resources available.

Displays a commitment to achieving quality results including experience in evaluating the provision of services.
Demonstrates an ability to perform various business analysis activities as deemed necessary for the project.
