Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Associate to provide quality assurance support and oversight at a manufacturing site. The successful candidate will help implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves working closely with various departments to uphold high-quality standards and practices.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure manufacturing operations comply with regulatory requirements.
2. Promote a culture of quality by conducting facility inspections and addressing potential issues.
3. Review and approve quality documents such as deviations, corrective actions, and risk assessments.
4. Deliver compliance training to operational staff.
5. Create and review quality-controlled documents and training materials.
6. Support regulatory inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Ensure all work complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
8. Track and achieve quality assurance goals and objectives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Experience in a sterile manufacturing environment.
2. Understanding of GMP requirements and Quality Management Systems.
3. Ability to identify and prioritize issues, ensuring business needs are met.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
5. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
7. Experience with regulatory inspections and audits.
