Key Responsibilities/Duties: Act as the site-based lead engineer for Telecom/ICT/Security systems.
Design and specify Telecom/ICT/Security solutions in compliance with current regulations and design standards.
Work directly with the project manager to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and agree on design processes and deliverables.
Lead pre-construction engineering activities, including design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, and sub-contracts.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC systems and execute project reviews.
Provide technical support to estimating and commercial teams.
Manage end-to-end procurement during the project lifecycle.
Mentor and coach junior engineers and subordinates.
Requirements: RCDD/CNIDP certification or similar.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience working on Hyperscale Data Centres or large-scale construction projects.
3-5 years of industry experience in a similar role.
The successful Engineer must be in Ireland or the EU and be eligible to work in Europe.
