Sales and Account Management Role in Personal Lines New Business Team
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calls and queries from customers to close sales across a suite of products.
* Use sales strategies to up-sell and cross-sell the Arachas product suite to new customers.
* Work with team manager on call flows and volumes of calls, driving additional sales through specific campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
* Build effective working relationships with customers by establishing trust, anticipating needs, and sharing information.
* Deal with customer issues and queries, providing accurate and timely responses.
Team Collaboration and Compliance
* Work as part of a team environment to meet customer needs and ensure team targets are met.
* Maintain compliance with quality standards for file records, working closely with the team manager and compliance teams.
Requirements
* Preferable to have a strong sales or customer service background.
* At least 18 months relevant insurance experience.
* Compliance with Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements (APA) and willingness to progress to further educational qualifications.
