Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for In house Recruitment consultant for our Limerick based clients. A large portion of your duties will include interviewing and pre-screening candidates, updating candidates records ensuring all details are accurate and correct on the system, collecting supporting documents etc, reference checking, following the complete process of recruitment working with new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
1. Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
2. Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
3. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
4. Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts and using social media to advertise positions
5. Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
6. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
7. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
8. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
9. Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
10. Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated

This positions is hybrid and will require roughly 1 day (often less) per week in Limerick. Salary is in region of €30– €35,000 for this one year fixed term contract.
