Job Title: Content Moderator
Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and multilingual individuals to join our team as Content Moderators. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues on our social media platform, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, and providing exceptional support to our community of users.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing system
- Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site
- Stay up-to-date with client products and community standards
- Utilize market knowledge and insights to improve user support
- Analyze data to develop ways to enhance user experience
- Identify trends and escalate issues outside company policy to global team
- Suggest solutions to inefficiencies in workflows

Language Skills

Working Hours
- Day shift (9:00am to 5:30pm)
- Evening shift (6pm - 2am)
