Job Summary:
Candidates will demonstrate through their application and interview that they have significant experience in the following areas: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VoIP telephony, encryption technologies, system monitoring and management, mobile device management, cloud technologies including SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Office, as well as other related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a service desk, system administration, and technical infrastructure staff, with an understanding of ITIL
* Implementing IT security tools, techniques, and procedures
* Providing excellent customer service
* Leading a technical team to deliver ICT infrastructure and applications
* Motivating and developing staff to achieve maximum performance
* Managing projects using recognised methodologies, including business case development and risk identification
* Good working knowledge of Information Governance
* Practical experience in change management, including policy development and implementation
