This is a full-time, permanent position in our Professional department.
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Services & Claims Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Treatment Guarantees Entry: Entering treatment guarantees into the system.
* Policy Checking: Verifying policies for coverage and completing treatment guarantees up to authorization stage.
* Case Follow-up: Following up on outstanding cases via email and telephone.
* Work Queue Management: Reviewing work queues and preparing for distribution and system management.
* Other Responsibilities: Assisting with other tasks as required and directed by the manager.
* Treatment Guarantee Processing: Assisting in the processing of treatment guarantees.

* Team Safety: Responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare within the team.
In order to excel in this role, you will require:
* Health Insurance Experience: Experience in the health insurance industry.
* MEDICAL Knowledge Development: Willingness to develop Medical knowledge.
* Customer Focused Role: Previous experience in a customer-focused role, in an administrative capacity.
* Microsoft Office Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Private Medical Insurance Diploma: Completion or progression towards the Diploma in Private Medical Insurance.
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Honesty and Integrity: Honesty and Integrity.
* Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure.
* Initiative: Ability to work on own initiative.
* Motivation: Highly motivated and proactive.
* Ai Tools Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, along with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
