Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a talented, in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dublin. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the overall business success.
About the Role
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the German-speaking markets.
* Sourcing Candidates, building talent pools and interviewing
* Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and desired skill sets
* Successfully signing agreements with partners through negotiating terms
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English (B2 or higher)
* Experience in a recruitment or Sales role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
* Strong communications skills
* Ability to work closely with hiring managers and provide advice on recruitment best practices and market conditions

* Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per year (dependent on experience)
