The role offers plenty of variety for the successful candidate and you will be very involved in legal advisory, drafting of legislation, GDPR and regulatory law.ResponsibilitiesManage caseload for the implementation of EPBD and BER schemeProvision of legal, data protection and regulatory adviceGeneral Data Protection adviceProject specific work relating to the EPBDLegal research and analysis of proposed legislationYou will have a sound knowledge of data protection law, regulatory law, administrative and public law. Knowledge of relevant Directives and standards, e.g. General Data Protection Regulation, Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, Irish Building Regulations and familiarity with legal governance and oversight. Ideally, you have 3 to 4 years PQE.Hybrid working, 2 days in the office required - Dublin or Sligo.
