Customer Service Executive - Personal Lines
We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive for our Personal Lines team in our Limerick office. The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home and van policies. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
* Generating leads through cross-selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
* Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments
* Maintaining the highest compliance standards
Key Qualifications & Skills required
* CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
* RELAY software experience desired but not essential
