Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Recruit, schedule, train, and manage the Accommodation Team to achieve outstanding results.
* Operational Excellence: Supervise housekeeping operations across all guest accommodations, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Conduct daily inspections to ensure impeccable cleanliness and organisation.
* Financial and Resource Management: Oversee the accommodation department, controlling costs and monitoring productivity.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
* Strong leadership and organisational capabilities.
* Financial acumen with a track record of managing and controlling costs.
