Busy Law firm based inDublin 2are seeking a friendly and professionalReceptionistto join their team on a permanent basis.
* Working hours: 9-5.30 Mon to Thurs / finishing 5pm on Fri.
* Annual leave: 20 days
* Offices close to Leeson St / St Stephens Green
This role will suit someone with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and an excellent phone manner. You will be first point of contact for all visitors to the firm as well as the voice that greets them on the phone. While this is primarily a front of house role, there will be additional administrative duties which will grow over time, allowing you to upskill and learn more about all aspects of work across the firm.
Duties include:
* Meeting/greeting visitors and directing them to meeting rooms.
* Managing the Meeting Room Diary and ensuring meetings rooms are ready for each meeting. Arranging tea and coffee as required by attendees.
* Co-ordination & set up of virtual meetings.
* Organising outbound couriers and receiving inbound packages.
* Naming and saving scanned post to system every morning, distributing post across the team.
* Printing / Scanning / Photocopying
* Opening files on system, updating contact details for clients.
* Assisting solicitors with legal document generation (eg briefs, contracts, booklets)
* Sending emails on behalf of fee earners
Suitable candidates will have:
* Some office or administrative experience, corporate reception experience is an advantage.
* Confident and professional phone manner.
* An upbeat, friendly & can do attitudewith strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
